BONDI BIRCHER: signature oat + chia almond mylk bircher museli w/rosewater infused raspberries, toasted coconut flakes + crushed pistachio (df v) 8.5

SUNSHINE POT: coconut chia pot topped w/ a mango, ginger + passion fruit compote, with coconut flakes, pistachio nibs + caramelised buckinis (gf df v) 8.5

BONDI BOWL: Kale, quinoa, avocado, dukkah rolled soft boiled biodynamic egg, raddish + sauerkraut (gf, df) 14 (add smoked trout 16)

AVO MICHE: fat finger of Sonoma Miche sourdough topped w/ smashed avocado, feta, coriander + chilli flakes 4

TUTTI FRUITI: seasonal pot of mixed fruit w/ organic Greek yoghurt, toasted almonds + mint (gf df v) 8.5

BAD BOY: nitrate free bacon, fried biodynamic egg, spiced tomato relish + rocket in a roll (df) 10 (VEGETARIAN OPTION ON REQUEST)

 

LUNCH:

KALE CHIPS roasted in coconut oil + sprinkled w/ Japanese Togarashi 7 spice seasoning (gf df v) 5

PROTEIN POT: a dukkah-dusted soft-boiled biodynamic egg in a pot of quinoa, w/ wild rocket, baby spinach, toasted seeds+ alfafa sprouts (gf df) 7

SUPER ZOODLE SOUP: our healthy take on 2 minute noodles; zucchini noodles, kale, sugar snaps, chilli, ginger + miso. Just add boiling water and shake for a super healthy lunch on the run (gf df v) 12
